MyForceSKills is the right tool.
You can choose between two kinds of expertise (administration skills
and development skills) and among three different playing modes.
At the end of each test (game) MyForceSkills will provide
you an evaluation of your expertise, based on the answers
you give to the proposed questions.
You can also monitor your improvements by consulting the
history of your past games.

to assess you expertise on Salesforce.com©
and Force.com© platforms,
but it is not at all related with certification
processes provided by salesforce.com.
